April 'May'

My name is April, I'm 25 years old, and my only passion in life is horses. 

I started riding when I was 8 and was constant with it up until 18, when I thought there were more important things to do. I trained and rode every week, and I owned/leased 3 horses in that span of time. Two TB's and one quarter horse, all teaching me everything I know today, and I loved each and every one of them for who they were and what they could offer. Now, finally, at 25, I have realized, there is nothing at all that holds my attention, other than riding. After speaking to several horse people, I keep hearing "you will always walk away, and you will always come back", I suppose that stands true. 

I have a wonderful boyfriend William, who has stood by me through thick and thing for the last 6 years. There aren't enough good things I can say about him. No matter what crazy idea I come up with or what disaster hits my life on a weekly basis, he is always the one to calm me down and help me think my way out of it.  He is my rock. 

When I'm not consuming my life with my horse, or horse related things, I work full time as secretary/personal assistant for landscaping company and I am also a full time Dialysis student.

This is my first shot at blogging, and it is really more for documentation, so when Shadow hits the point where I can just get on him and not have to think, I can look back at all the mountains we have conquered together. I will try and keep it as interesting as I can for you!
